Getting ready for your appointment

Here's how to make the most of your consultation:

I’ve booked an in-store appointment

Our showrooms in Yorkshire and London are open, and we look forward to welcoming you.

Everyone’s safety is our top priority so, while we no longer require visitors to wear a face covering from Monday the 19th, we encourage it and will continue to provide them for those who need one. 

There will also be hand sanitiser available, which everyone can use. We’ve increased our showroom maximum capacity, however we’ll still be limiting numbers to give you a safe and happy experience – this might mean queuing at peak times.

I've booked an online appointment

 While you won’t have to leave your sofa, there are still a few things you can prepare in advance:

1. Make sure you've got Zoom installed on your computer, tablet or phone

2. Follow the instructions on Zoom to test your audio and video quality ahead of the call

3. Make sure you’re in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed

4. If you’re after styling advice for a particular room, try to be in this room while you’re on the call

5. Join the call on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may have to cancel the appointment
